This Unit has been developing over the last six months because of direct need seen within the community of Kisoro District. Nearly 35% of Uganda’s people are undernourished and it sits in the ‘High’ category on the World Food Programme’s hunger map.

Over the Christmas period we have been able to give all of the children and families we support within the Kisoro community gifts of clothing and shoes because of the kind donations sent from the UK.

Last week Potter's Village saw the arrival of a little boy called Timothy. Timothy was found as newborn lying on wet soil in a field by the main road, totally abandoned.
