Of incinerators and concrete grills
The old incinerator had become unusable, especially with all the items the Medical Centre generates. There is no refuse service in Kisoro and staff had been taking all the refuse up to Kisoro Hospital for disposal. Not a pleasant task!
The Mother’s Hostel was originally built with concrete grills, instead of windows, and these are at last being replaced. It will not only look much better but be more pleasant and warmer for the mother’s staying there.
